iNET coi an toàn thông tin, coi trách nhiệm tuân thủ và bảo vệ các lợi ích chung cho người dùng và các tổ chức trên môi trường Internet là vấn đề ưu tiên hàng đầu. Do vậy, mọi báo cáo lạm dụng gửi tới iNET đều được chúng tôi xem xét và xử lý cẩn thận. Tuy nhiên, khối lượng khiếu nại hàng ngày chúng tôi nhận được rất nhiều nên chỉ có thể trả lời bạn nếu chúng tôi cần thêm thông tin hoặc cần làm rõ chi tiết.

However, due to the large volume of complaints we receive daily, we can only reply to you if we need additional information or clarification.

Các bước xử lý

Vui lòng gửi báo cáo lạm dụng cho chúng tôi qua biểu mẫu trên site https://inet.vn/abuse-report hoặc qua email. Tất cả báo cáo lạm dụng sẽ được chuyển sang trang quản lý riêng của chúng tôi dưới dạng một ticket công việc để bộ phận chuyên trách của iNET xử lý theo các bước sau:

Handling process

Any abuse report sent to us from the form on site https://inet.vn/abuse-report or via email to receive reports of abuse, all will be converted to a job and pushed into a private manager page of ours as 1 ticket. A ticket will be assigned to one of our staff to check and process this report according to the process below:
